Paper Submission Instructions

Paper submissions and reviews for IEES will be handled exclusively through the CMT Conference Management System. All prospective authors are kindly invited to prepare and submit their manuscripts via the official https://iees-2025.com/submission

To ensure a smooth process, please take note of the following:

• CMT Account: If you do not already have a CMT account, you will be required to create one before accessing the submission page. The registration process is straightforward and only takes a few minutes.

• Submission Format: Authors must ensure that their manuscripts comply with the IEEE conference template and formatting guidelines. Submissions not following the required format may be returned for revision.

• Review Process: Each submission will undergo a rigorous peer-review process managed through CMT. Authors will be able to track the status of their papers directly in the system.

• Important Dates: Please refer to the Important Dates section of the conference website to ensure timely submission. Late submissions cannot be considered.
